Because Made4Keeps products are personalized and created using your photos, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Please include your order number and photos showing the issue when contacting us.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for issues resulting from the photo submitted by the customer, including low-resolution, blurry, incorrectly cropped, or otherwise poor-quality images.
